Designed specifically for first-time parents and those needing support with challenging child behaviors. PFFT is an intensive, short-term approach (typically 6-9 months) that shows significant progress when practiced consistently.

    This specialized therapy focuses on:

    • Practical problem-solving for specific behavior challenges

    • Development of effective parenting strategies

    • Resolution of family conflicts

    • Educational support to better understand your child's developmental needs

Drawing on extensive background in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis, PFFT provides concrete tools that create lasting change. The first initial session is with the parents only to discuss in-depth behaviors and goals. The following sessions are with the child where the parent will be asked to participate occasionally in session and observe sessions where the clinician can provide parent coaching, family integration, and support parents in learning the behavioral skills that the clinician is implementing with the child.
