THE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO!
COMMUNICATING THROUGH CONFLICT:
This workshop supports couples in a hands-on workshop that focuses on communicating emotions and resolving conflicts. Couples will not only learn a strategic method to use, but will have the opportunity to practice it with their partner as they are coached and offered insights along the way. This workshop will allow every couple to leave with new tools to communicate in a more productive and healthier way. - Dominika Zienkiewicz, Founder and Owner of DMZ Therapy
YOUR PARTNER’S TRAUMA AND YOU:
This workshop is designed to support and teach couples how they can better understand the ways in which their partner's trauma may manifest in their relationship. Couples will discover how to navigate the trauma and how to support a partner when they are triggered and experiencing subconscious reactions related to their past. They will adapt and practice ways to communicate when someone is engaging in a trauma response and be able to identify and disrupt trauma responses so that they can unite together instead of engaging in conflict. - Aaron Radden, LMFT
INTIMACY AND CONNECTION - A SACRED PRACTICE FOR TWO:
Offered as part of your couples skills experience, this isn’t just a class—it’s an invitation. An invitation to pause and turn toward one another, drop the distractions and remember what it feels like to truly connect. Guided by breath, mindful movement, and intentional touch, you and your partner will explore new ways of listening, holding, and supporting one another through intimacy. This practice isn't about perfection—it's about showing up, heart open, with curiosity and care. In this sacred space, you’ll be guided to move in sync, breathe as one, and rekindle the quiet intimacy that often gets lost in the noise of daily life. Whether you're here to reignite the spark or simply to be still together, this is your time. A time to slow down, drop in, and let your love be the focus. - Samantha Gonzalez, B.P.H and Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor
CAN YOU FEED THE LOVE?:
This workshop offers an interactive experience that is all about discovering how food can enhance connection, communication, intimacy, and joy in your relationship. Couples will explore creative, new and meaningful ways to use food as a shared experience to strengthen your relationship - whether it’s laughing over shared meals, cooking side-by-side, trying adventurous new foods or simply enjoying the everyday moments that eating together brings. During this workshop, couples will even have the opportunity to make a snack together and enjoy their delicious creation! - Linda Hubbard, Nutrition Specialist, Health Coach & Registered Nurse
