    Drawing on my extensive background in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis, I provide concrete tools that create lasting change. An initial 60-minute in-person assessment with your child present is required to begin this process.

    Drawing on my background as a Special Education educator and ABA Therapist, I offer specialized support for families navigating autism, ADHD, OCD, and other neurodivergent traits. Services include parent coaching, child therapy, family integration, and connection to additional resources when needed.

  • 60-minute sessions | 90-minute sessions | Intensives available

    EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping is a powerful mind-body approach for trauma healing. This gentle technique involves tapping on different acupressure points to desensitize traumatic memories, neutralize triggers, and relieve physical pain associated with emotional distress.

    Particularly beneficial for clients experiencing:

    • PTSD and Complex PTSD

    • Severe anxiety

    • OCD

    • Trauma-related symptoms

    For those seeking deeper healing in a condensed time frame, EFT Tapping Intensives are available. These consist of 3-5 sessions ranging from 2-4.5 hours each, allowing for profound transformation within a shorter period.

For families experiencing financial hardship, please inquire about limited sliding scale spots that may be available. While I don't accept insurance directly, I can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Sessions are available both in-person at my Cheshire office (609 West Johnson Ave) and through secure virtual therapy throughout Connecticut, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for your family's needs.
